TM provides various features and tools that allow members to access tributes, develop stories, and share remembrances of friends and loved ones who were victims of America’s Opioid Epidemic. Sharing Our Stories to Save Lives, Inc. TM offers these features and tools at www.sostsl.org (collectively, the “Services”). We recognize that members of the Services may be concerned about the information they provide to us and how we use that information. By visiting or using the Services, you accept the practices described in this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”). Please read the following Privacy Policy carefully before using the Services. This Privacy Policy may be changed or updated at any time. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not access or otherwise use the Services.

Information stored in the USA may be subject to lawful requests by the courts or law enforcement authorities in the USA. As an organization with less than 20 full-time or part-time employees, Sharing Our Stories to Save Lives, Inc. TM is exempt from California Civil Code Section 1798.83, which entitles a California resident to request information about whether the business has disclosed Personally Identifiable Information to any third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes; however, Sharing Our Stories to Save Lives, Inc. TM does not share information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
