Please keep in mind that posting a tribute is a big decision. If you’re not a family member or close friend of the person who passed away, we recommend that you reach out to the person’s family before posting an online tribute. The ”Member” posting the tribute is the sole person who can mange the tribute information, preventing others from being able to log on and make changes. The tribute will be visible to all visitors on the SOSTSL.org website. If you’d like to request an online tribute, please use this form to let us know.

To help us provide a tribute for your loved one, we’ll need you to provide documentation to confirm you are an immediate family member or executor of the deceased.

The fastest way for us to process your request is for you to provide a scan or photo of your loved one’s death certificate.

If you don’t have your loved one’s death certificate, you’ll need to provide proof of authority and proof that your loved one had passed away. Please see the documents we accept below.
